ABOUT ME

I am a psychotherapist with over eighteen years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of community mental health settings.

I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for adults in my private practice.  I commonly work with people with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, difficult life transitions, trauma, loss, identity concerns, and those feeling stuck or wanting to make a change in their life.

Throughout my career I have had the great privilege of working with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual-orientations, religions, ages, and abilities.  In doing so, I have come to appreciate the uniqueness of each of our lived experiences and how those experiences shape our view of ourselves, and of the world.  I have also learned of our shared humanity and a seemingly universal longing to belong, to be known and accepted for who we are.

I have a profound respect for those engaged in the courageous process of therapy. I feel grateful to be a part of my clients' journey to better understand themselves and to make meaningful change in their lives.
